Personnel Safety Nets
High tenacity 3.5" knotted nylon is utilized to construct Personnel Safety Nets, which are tested to conform to fall protection standards of the construction industry. These nets are commonly used during building, bridge, petrochemical, and marine industrial construction projects. Debris net liners are optional and available for all safety nets, which are made of 1/16" debris net, 3/8" polyester net, or 85% shade wind-screen. The nets have durable polypropylene rope borders and steel snap clips staggered every 4 feet around the perimeter for easy, safe, and secure installation. These nets can be attached to an approved cable system or used with an approved fall protection outrigger system. Safety nets are OSHA compliant, ANSI compliant, and approved after testing. Both stock sizes and custom sizes are available for production.
The debris net liner is available in 1/16" mesh and has a 17,500 lb. drop test load capacity rating. Steel snap clips are staggered every 4 feet around the perimeter edges, and debris net liners are available for small and chunk debris. The nets comply with ANSI A10.11-1989 for personnel and debris nets and also comply with OSHA for safety and fall protection systems. Both stock and custom sizes are available, and flame retardant nets (FR) meeting NFPA 701 are available upon request. These safety nets are suitable for use in vertical building construction, construction elevator shafts, bridge construction and maintenance, industrial plants, refineries, offshore platforms, marine ship repair industry, and tunnel and highway overpass construction.
